Information, including Consent, about Personal Data Processing Using Cookies

Such processing is possible based on a statutory ground - the Controller’s legitimate interest - and is enabled by Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to only as the “GDPR”).

The website can be used in a mode that does not enable the collection of data about the behaviour of website visitors – this mode can be set up as a part of the browser settings or an objection can be made against such collection based on the Controller’s legitimate interest in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR, by sending it to the contact address info@carun.cz. Your objection will then be assessed promptly, within no more than 30 days of its receipt. Cookies necessary for the functionality of the website will be stored only for the time necessary of the operation of the website.

  • The customer ID during login;
  • The surname of the customer logged in;
  • The first name of the customer logged in;
  • Whether a customer is logged in;
  • The password a customer used to log in;

  • The Blowfish checksum used to determine whether a cookie was altered by a third party; A customer will be logged off and a cookie deleted if the checksum is incorrect.
